EduVoiceNY is a student-led initiative dedicated to improving New York’s education system through legislative advocacy. We analyze pending education bills in the New York State Assembly and rally support for those that will help students – with a focus on vulnerable youth such as students experiencing homelessness. Our goal is to inform both the general public and lawmakers about these issues and amplify youth voices in the policy process. By creating a website and email campaign, we provide tools for fellow students and concerned citizens to learn about important education legislation and take action to support it.
